The distributed drive electric vehicle,because of its good dynamic performance,short drive chain,precise control and high transmission efficiency,has gradually been one of hot spots in electric vehicle study.In this article,the distributed drive electric vehicle is taken as the research object,and the research on the yaw stability control strategy of distributed drive electric vehicles based on torque optimized distribution is emphatically carried out.The research work in this article is as follows.Firstly,the study status and achievements of distributed drive electric vehicles in various countries are summed up,and the research methods and control strategies of the stability of the distributed driving electric vehicle are also summarized.Secondly,a dynamic model of the distributed drive electric vehicle based on CarMaker software is established,which includes vehicle body,power system,steering system,aerodynamic system,tire,driver model,suspension system,braking system and so on.The dynamic model of distributed drive electric vehicle provides a platform for verification of yaw stability control strategy.Thirdly,in view of the importance of the sideslip angle in the yaw stability control and the cost and accuracy of the measurement,a new sideslip angle estimation algorithm is put forward.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively estimate the sideslip angle of the distributed drive electric vehicle.Fourthly,the yaw stability control strategy of distributed driving electric vehicle based on hierarchical architecture is established The upper layer calculates the additional yaw moment based on the sliding mode control algorithm as well as the lower layer optimizes the distribution of the additional yaw moment based on the stability.The simulation results show that the control algorithm is effective in ensuring the stability of the distributed drive electric vehicles.Finally,hardware in the loop simulation of distributed drive electric vehicle to verify the yaw stability control strategy is established,and the relevant test work iscarried out.The test result proves the effectiveness of the control strategy.
