Research On The Atmosphere Construction Of Lighting Environment In Chinese-style Catering Space

"People eat food for the day",the Chinese nation has a deep diet culture.Chinese-style catering space has been bearing the weight of people's diet activity of all ages.It has become an important part of catering culture.Not only has Chinese-style catering space functions of satisfying people's demands of food and psychology,but also it embodies the Chinese unique aesthetic and spiritual connotation.Light is the prerequisite for people to realize and experience space.In Chinese-style catering space,the light environment ensures that people experience space on the one hand.On the other hand,it assists space entities to create different space atmosphere so as to implement different requirements of behavior and occasions for experiencers.With the development of era,it has great changes for Chinese-style catering space on consumer's demands,operator's business ideas and space design.However,in Chinese-style catering space,it lacks of light environment construction techniques,has poor experiences and lacks of cultural connotations.As a result,it fails to create the light environment and the feelings that experiencers' need.This paper starts with the research of Chinese restaurant space.Exploring the specific needs of the light environment and atmosphere of the diners in Chinese-style catering space.Extracting Chinese space form and aesthetic characteristics.Excavating deeply into the influence of traditional Chinese culture on Chinese-style restaurant space atmosphere.By knowledge and theory of light environment,this paper explores the specific atmosphere construction techniques of light environment of different spaces and occasions in Chinese-style catering space.And taking “DouYue” Chinese-style restaurant as a design example,this paper further expresses how to apply the construction techniques of light environment to specific designs.By studying the light environment for shaping Chinese-style restaurant space atmosphere.this paper wishes that diners could experience not only the "shape" of traditional culture,but also more feelings of a kind of traditional "charm" in the process of dining.In such an atmosphere,the traditional culture can be better inherited and developed.
