Hyper-speed aircraft must be operated with ultrasonic brakes at extreme temperatures and ultra-low voltage conditions.This document has been provided with isotropic spraying methods,which provide a protective,rusted ceramic heat coating on the surface of the stainless steel base element,show the composition,micro-structure and performance of the coating and indicate the test bench experiments have been carried out in which the selection options are theoretically and practically usable.The results of the study:The thermal coating of anodized zirconium is based on a cube divided into melting and non-melting areas with a typical layer structure,irregular recesses and an amorphous substance of approx 76 nm.The non-melted area depends on a non-melting grain size of less than 1?m,The coating insulation temperature is 75?.The thermal contradictions against untreated extension segments have shown that Under the working conditions of speed Ma6,height 26 km and temperature 1600 K,the coating reduces the inner wall temperature by 74? for 150 s,reduces the cooling and petroleum temperature by 83°C and the insulation is clear.In the 5s thermal shock test of the combustion chamber of the coated engine,during the third test of the combustion chamber,a little crack appeared in the coating at the bac kward turning point of the cavity.Obvious shedding can be seen after 5 tests.The length of shedding did not increase after 8 tests,but the number increased.This article examined how the preparation of zirconia thermal barrier coatings on stainless steel substrates by plasma spraying.A company's new powder system can withstand high temperatures up to 1500?.The comprehensive mechanical properties,thermal shock resistance and thermal insulation properties of ceramic thermal barrier coatings were tested and analyzed.The application of zirconia ceramic thermal barrier coating on scramjet were tested and analysand.The thermal insulation performance and thermal shock resistance of thermal barrier coatings are studied in detail.It has contributed to the research on the failure mechanism of ceramic thermal barrier coatings,the analysis of heat transfer process of low-flow kerosene and coated engine block,and the application of thermal barrier coatings in engine combustion chambers.
