With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the energy consumption of buildings is becoming more and more prominent,and the building energy conservation situation is quite different from that of developed countries.The development of ecological,energy-saving and earthquake-resistant new industrialized residential systems has become a resource-saving construction in China.An urgent task for an environmentally friendly society.Prefabricated building structure is one of the important directions for the development of building structure system in China at present.Improving the thermal insulation performance of prefabricated structural wallboard can effectively promote the industrialization of housing and the industrialization of housing in China.The research object of this paper is a new type of green PCW(Precast Composite Wall)structural wall,which is a fabricated composite structural wall.The PCW structural wall studied in this paper adopts the sandwich insulation integrated structure,which has the structural load-bearing function and Preserving prefabricated wallboards has fast on-site construction and high labor productivity,while saving material usage and improving the seismic performance of the structure,but there is still insufficient research on structural insulation performance.In this paper,the following research work is carried out on the insulation performance of the wallboard:1.Using the protective hot box method to test the heat transfer coefficient of the new sandwich insulation PCW structural wall sheet,the heat transfer coefficient of the wall with different structural layers is obtained,and the thickness and insulation layer of the five groups are different.The heat transfer coefficient value of the sandwiched PCW structural wall sheet of the material is verified,and the thermal insulation performance of the sandwiched PCW structural wall sheet is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of the wall;and the experimental comparison of different structural layer forms and different insulation thicknesses And the influence of the insulation material on the heat transfer coefficient of the prefabricated sandwich insulation composite wallboard;at the same time,the finite element analysis results of the heat transfer law of the composite wall and the accuracy and accuracy of the theoretical calculation model of the heat transfer coefficient of the homogeneous composite wall;2.Establishing a three-dimensional wall model by ANSYS finite element software for steady-state heat transfer analysis,for a variety of different insulation thickness,different structural layer rib layout,different structural layer block filling rate and PCW structure of insulation layer material The wall panel model is simulated and analyzed,and the influence of these parameters on the heat transfer performance and heat transfer law of the wall is further analyzed.The homogeneity of the composite wall and the influencing factors of the “embedded” thermal bridge inside the wall are studied.Theoretical calculation of theoretical calculation of heat transfer coefficient of heterogeneous composite wall;3.Analyze the calculation principle of the thermal parameters such as the average thermal resistance and heat transfer coefficient of the heterogeneous enveloping structure composed of two or more materials,and the simplified calculation method derived from it,combined with the PCW structural wall sheets studied in this paper.The applicability of the calculation method.Finally,based on the steady-state condition of the next-dimensional simplified calculation principle,the theoretical calculation model of the thermal parameters such as the heat transfer coefficient of the prefabricated PCW structural wall is established as a evaluation index for evaluating the thermal insulation performance of the wall,and with the ANSYS finite element simulation.The results and the results of the protective hot box experiment are compared to verify the reliability of the theoretical calculation model.In this thesis,the thermal performance of PCW structural wall sheets is systematically studied,and the theoretical calculation model of heat transfer coefficient of PCW structural wall sheets is analyzed and deduced,and the application of the wall in cold and cold climate regions is analyzed and supplemented.The vacancy in the research of thermal performance of the structural system provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of the system.
