Study On The Spatial Planning Strategy Of Suburban Rural Areas In Xi’an From The Perspective Of Leisure Agriculture

Suburban villages,especially the suburban villages around the big cities,have their own particularities.On the one hand,they have the background characteristics of the countryside,and on the other hand they are at the forefront of urban-rural integration.This paper summarizes the development history,theoretical achievements and excellent cases of rural and rural rural leisure agriculture,focusing on architecture and urban and rural planning,and multidisciplinary perspectives such as sociology,geography and economics.The model reflects on it and actively explores the role of the industrial model of leisure agriculture in promoting the development of rural suburbs in Xi’an.Research is carried out through various research methods such as multidisciplinary method,practice survey method,case comparison method,and inductive deduction method.The suburban area of Xi’an was reasonably limited,and 15 typical villages were selected for key research.This paper analyzes the current situation of rural suburbs in Xi’an under the leadership of traditional agriculture and finds out the problems.On this basis,through the extraction of excellent case experience,combined with the actual resources and market conditions of Xi’an,the six development models of leisure agriculture are The suburban villages in the four regions of Xi’an were matched,and the appropriate industrial development model in each region was obtained.Based on the pattern of leisure agriculture industry,the overall spatial planning strategy with high matching degree is proposed,and specific improvement strategies are proposed from the perspectives of traffic space,production space,living space and ecological space.Finally,through the spatial planning example of Moziqiao Village,the theoretical strategy is applied in the actual project,which explores a new road for the development of suburban villages in Xi’an.In summary,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.The spatial planning and design of suburban villages has certain special characteristics,and multi-disciplinary participation should be studied according to the development of different regions.2.The spatial planning strategy of suburban rural areas in Xi’an under the guidance of leisure agriculture should be based on the six leisure agriculture development models,from the perspectives of overall space,road traffic space,production space,living space and ecological space.3.The spatial planning strategy of rural suburbs in Xi’an under the guidance of leisure agriculture should be based on the six modes of leisure agriculture development,from the perspectives of overall space,road traffic space,production space,living space and ecological space.
