Research On The Principle And Strategy About Intensive Architectural Design Of Lingnan Five-star Hotels

Hotel industry is the world’s most with the flavor of The Times and cultural characteristics of the industry,the development of the long evolution process.Due to economic development and other factors,modern hotels in western countries developed relatively mature,but in China’s development is relatively slow.After the reform and opening up,the hotel industry in China has also developed rapidly,and the construction volume is advancing by leaps and bounds.However,due to the rapid construction and the pursuit of excessive standards,there are some five-star hotels with high costs,high energy consumption and low efficiency,resulting in some unnecessary waste.Aiming at the above problems,this paper applies sustainable development and intensive design ideas and methods to study the principles,strategies and methods of intensive architectural design of five-star Lingnan hotels.Based on the theory of intensive design and the economic and climatic conditions of Lingnan area,this paper analyzes the spatial and regional characteristics of Lingnan hotel,explains the concept of intensive architectural design of hotel and the design standard of intensive architectural design of five-star hotel: through qualitative and quantitative standards,the degree of intensification of comprehensive hotel.Quantitative standards refer to quantifiable reference data of intensive architectural design(mainly including area and floor height),whose upper limit is the control line of intensive architectural design,while the lower limit is the control line of ensuring five-star quality.Qualitative standard needle intensification principle and strategy of the use of quantity,if the hotel in the process of architectural design to follow the intensification strategy more,the degree of intensification of the hotel architectural design accordingly is higher.Based on the domestic and foreign about the five-star hotel design and intensive design relevant data and documents,and combining with field investigation of the Lingnan area fivestar hotel case,graphic analysis,intensive and efficient application such as comparison,deduction and sums up method,studies the compact layout planning,five-star hotel area of proportioning design,streamline design,the height control design,highly complex degree,and regional culture fusion is suitability technology design,structure construction space design,mechanical and electrical technology combined with the construction of ecological energysaving design,interior decoration design,explores the design principles,strategies,and intensive construction method.The design principles and strategies of intensive building of five star hotels in Lingnan mainly include :(1)compact layout planning and streamline design principles,forming the basic form of compact layout and streamline intensive organization of passengers,employees and goods;(2)the principle of area-intensive design,to form the ratio of different functional space areas and the control index of the intensive space of guest rooms,lobbies,restaurants,fitness centers and swimming pools;(3)the height of intensive control principle,the formation of rooms,lobby,restaurant,logistics height control range;(4)the principle of high composition summarizes the design method of the lobby,catering,banquet and meeting functions diversity and the high concentration of auxiliary space;(5)the principle of unification of functions and forms summarizes the basic spatial forms of lobbies,catering banquets and guest rooms;(6)principles of ecological,low-carbon and energy saving summarize different energy saving technologies of hotel building shading,natural ventilation,electromechanical intensive control and ecological landscape;(7)summarized the general design process,progress and quality control methods of five-star hotels based on the principle of "intensification".(8)the strategy of integrating Lingnan regional culture and appropriate technology summarizes the appropriate technology of the integration of Lingnan regional culture in hotel architecture,interior and landscape design;(9)the strategy of integrating structural technology with architectural space,and summarizing the structural technology integrating hotel rooms,lobbies and logistics space with structural technology;(10)integration of mechanical and electrical equipment and building structure,summarizing the technology of sound insulation and noise reduction,space utilization and integration of mechanical and electrical terminal with building structure;(11)the strategy of integrating interior design with ecological energy conservation,and summarizing the ecological technologies to guarantee indoor sound,light and heat environment.
