With the rapid development of the economy,energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by the consumption of non-renewable energy are becoming more and more serious.Solar energy has been widely used for its advantages of clean,pollution-free and sustainable use.Off-grid photovoltaic power generation system is widely distributed,flexible,low cost,and has unique advantages in remote areas.The subject of single-phase Off-grid photovoltaic power generation system as the main research object.this article is designed of small power inverter based on the STM32F103 series,mainly completes the following research contents:First of all,analysis the circuit topology structure and working principle of each module,we choose the choice of main circuit topology structure completed,mainly including the most power tracing circuit,push-pull booster circuit and full bridge inverter circuit.And we further study the strategy of MPPT control,the energy flows mode and the way of charging of the battery.What is more,the simulation model was established based on Matlab/Smiulink.Subsequently,we designed a 1kW single-phase isolated photo-voltaic inverter prototype which based on the theory,the hardware circuit of each module is analyzed and designed in detail.Including the maximum power point tracking circuit,push-pull booster circuit,full bridge inverter circuit,sampling and protection circuit,auxiliary power circuit,etc.The tracking strategy of the maximum power point,SPWM modulation and PI double closed loop control strategy are analyzed.The software control flow chart of inverter has been designed.The last,an experimental platform based on the STM32 of ARM architecture is built on the basis of simulation to further verify the effectiveness and superiority in the control strategy.
