Energy security is the lifeblood of Chinese economic development and people’s livelihood,also an important and basic guarantee for realizing modern industry.With the global natural resources getting increasingly scarce and the environment becoming increasingly harsh,the contradiction between energy utilization and ecological environment protection is gradually breaking out.Improving the utilization rate of clean energy,exploring new energy and realizing the large-scale use of renewable energy will be the inevitable choices to promote the sustainable development of energy utilization.The regional integrated energy system(RIES)integrates a variety of energy forms such as cool,heat and electricity.It can be used as an important technical base of energy Internet,and can effectively realize various energy complementation and gradient utilization,which is the development trend of regional energy supply in the future.In order to give full play to the technical advantages of RIES,this paper makes a mathematical model for the operation mechanism of each device,and designs a double-layer optimization method to carry out multi-objective planning optimization of RIES.In the outer layer,the multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm is adopted to multi-objective plan the capacity of each device in the system on the basis of satisfying the energy load of regional users.This paper takes the economy and environmental protection as the optimization objectives,and designs the optimization objective function of the economy and environmental protection.In the inner layer,the constraints of the operation state of each device are analyzed,and linear optimization modeling for the typical daily operation strategy optimization is carried out.The simplex algorithm is used to work out the optimal operation strategy according to the energy load of different typical days.The typical daily optimal operation strategy is used to calculate the objective function of economy and environmental protection of the outer layer,which realizes the connection of inner and outer optimizations.The inner and outer optimizations jointly complete the task of multi-objective planning optimization of RIES.In this paper,the planning experiment of regional integrated energy system is carried out by setting typical daily regional energy load.The practical results show that the combination of MOPSO algorithm and simplex algorithm can effectively work out a series of non-dominated solutions with uniform distribution in the solution space.Compared with otheralgorithm,the method in this paper has the characteristics of fast convergence,high accuracy and rich solutions.Finally,a cloud computing system for regional integrated energy system is designed to solve the optimization of operation strategy and system planning in order to provide guidance for the planners of the regional integrated energy system.
