As one of the most commonly used testing equipment of road friction coefficient,thetesting system of single-wheel sideway force coefficient has been widely used in the test and evaluation of road anti sliding performance in China,and its tested transverse force coefficient has been incorporated into the "Specifications for design of highway Asphalt Pavement" by the code for design of highway asphalt pavement."Inspection and Evaluation Quality Standards for Highway Engineering Section 1 Civil Engineering"(JTG F80/1-2017)clearly stipulates that the single-wheel sideway force coefficient(SFC)?50.In the "Testing System of Single-wheel Sideway Force Coefficient Verification Regulations" issued in 2014,the technical indexes of the equipment are required for several key parts,but the clear traceability way of the measurement value is not established.Therefore,for a long time,the value of the equipment has not been traced,and the verification/calibration of such equipment has not been carried out.This subject takes a testing system of single-wheel sideway force coefficient as the research object,and relies on the scientific research project of the National Road and Bridge Engineering Testing Equipment Measurement Station,through the research and analysis of current equipment measurement verification methods,and research on the traceability of the source.Design and development of measurement standard devices and related tests and uncertainty assessments,research on feasible traceability methods of equipment,and improve highway engineering measurement test service system and traffic measurement technical specification system.Provide guarantee for the reliability of the testing system of single-wheel sideway force coefficient.This paper proposes a method for tracing source value of testing system of single-wheel sideway force coefficient.Mainly understand the current verification methods through field tests,find problems by processing and analyzing the data,propose a plan for developing measurement standard devices,use Solidworks to build the solution model,and use ANSYS Workbench to perform mechanical analysis to determine the feasibility and comparison of the solution to determine the solution.After that,the device is built based on the model,and suitable accessories are selected for improvement according to the actual situation.Through the uncertainty analysis of the developed measurement standard device,a value traceabilitychain based on mechanical parameters is established to achieve the traceability of the testing system of single-wheel sideway force coefficient.
