As the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" enters the final stage,China attaches more and more importance to the clean and pollution-free features of new energy.The integration of photovoltaic power and wind power brings many new challenges to the stability of the distribution network.The construction of energy storage power stations is adopted in the distribution network to reduce the negative impact of new energy on the distribution network.After understanding the background significance of energy storage system development and the current status of energy storage system development at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the research on the economics and reliability of distribution networks containing energy storage power stations.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing literature on energy storage technology research,and summarizes various practical applications of energy storage systems in distribution networks.For the purpose of studying the economics and reliability of distribution networks containing energy storage power stations,this paper researches on multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO),second-generation strength pareto evaluation algorithm ?(SPEA2)and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm ?(NSGA-?).Through the test function,the three algorithms are evaluated and compared;This paper proposes an improved algorithm based on NSGA-?: When selecting the initial population,this paper combines the reverse learning mechanism to obtain the forward and reverse mixed population,and selects the better initial population;This paper retains some outstanding individuals at other levels in the elite selection strategy;In this paper,the crossover operator chooses NDX instead of SBX.The test function verifies that the improvement has better performance.Under the condition of considering the life of energy storage batteries,this paper analyzes the economics of the distribution network containing energy storage power stations.This paper builds an economic model of a distribution network with energy storage power stations based on initial investment costs,annual maintenance costs,peak-valley electricity spread revenue,delayed grid expansion revenue,and government subsidy revenue;In this paper,the sequential Monte Carlo method and MATLA software are used to evaluate the reliability of the distribution network with energy storage power stations through the IEEE33 node model and analyzes the influence of different capacities on the reliability of the distribution network under the same condition of the access location of the energy storage power station..This paper builds a comprehensive model of economy and reliability,uses MATLAB software,and uses improved NSGA-? to comprehensively evaluate the economics and reliability of the distribution network with energy storage power stations in the IEEE33 node model.Finally,this paper research on the optimal power and capacity of energy storage power stations in different scenarios.The paper has 37 pictures,22 tables,and 95 references.
