With the explosive growth of the demand for infrastructure construction in China,the construction supervision industry has developed rapidly.However,compared with the development speed of the construction engineering supervision industry,the supporting laws and regulations has not developed enough,and the corresponding service quality management system has also lagged.Especially with the construction supervision industry stepping into the Red Sea Age from the Golden age,the number of supervision companies continues to increase,and the industry competition intensifies.The problems in the supervision work of LongYuan Construction Supervision Limited Liability Company are gradually exposed,and the development of the company has reached a bottleneck stage.Based on the management practices of Longyuan Company,in accordance with the construction supervision industry background and the related theory of service quality,I designed a questionnaire on supervision service quality of Longyuan supervision company,and obtained 64 valid questionnaires by sending questionnaires online to customers.Then,through the statistical analysis of the collected data and the interview with the chief supervisor engineer,we deeply analyzed the reasons for the difference in the scores of the company supervision service quality on 21 items in 5 dimensions,and proposed the corresponding promotion methods.Finally,according to the key and difficult points of the proposed methods,we went further detailed implementation and put forward specific safeguard measures from three perspectives of human resource security,system security and financial security to ensure that the plan can be implemented.In this paper,the research of the service quality management in Longyuan supervision company devotes ourselves to solve practical problem.The improvement measures proposed have certain reference value for the company.They can not only improve the centripetal force and work involvement of supervisors,but also improve the brand effect of Longyuan supervision company and make the construction unit trust the company more.Supervisory service capabilities,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and constantly expand market share to achieve development and growth.At the same time,the conclusion of this paper has a good inspiration and reference significance for peer enterprises to improve the quality of supervision service...
