With the increasing scarcity of primary energy and the continuous breakthrough of new energy technologies,solar energy has become a potential alternative energy source in the construction field.The combination of photovoltaic power generation technology and buildings to provide power for them has become the focus of energy conservation in buildings.Realizing the integration of photovoltaic buildings can improve the energy efficiency of buildings,optimize the energy structure,and effectively alleviate the global energy crisis.This paper quantifies the photovoltaic building integration solar energy utilization efficiency while quantifying it,and aims to provide a reference for the promotion of photovoltaic building integration in cities and the application of renewable energy in buildings.Based on the theory of photovoltaic building integrated solar energy utilization efficiency evaluation theory,this paper selects the photovoltaic construction of Baoshang Bank as the research object,and quantitatively evaluates the solar energy utilization efficiency from three dimensions of power generation,energy saving,and sustainable development efficiency.First,use Ecotect software to construct the annual solar radiation model of Baoshang Bank’s photovoltaic buildings,and optimize the photovoltaic system configuration based on the simulated solar radiation intensity.On this basis,use Pvsyst software to quantify the annual and monthly power generation efficiency of photovoltaic systems;DesignBuilder software is used to dynamically simulate the building energy consumption,temperature and comfort of peak annual energy consumption during the year before and after the addition of the photovoltaic system.Quantitative analysis of effectiveness;finally,using engineering economics and emergy analysis theory,select relevant economic,environmental and emergy indicators to evaluate its sustainable development effectiveness.The study found that:(1)The efficiency of the solar system power generation of the photovoltaic system of the office building of the A bank of Baoshang Bank was 6 968 500 kWh in life cycle power generation,and the average annual power generation in a typical meteorology was287 900 kWh.(2)In terms of seasonal energy saving efficiency,the addition of a photovoltaic system to the office building of Baoshang Bank A can effectively reduce building energy consumption,especially summer cooling energy consumption.Considering the cooling and heating loads offset by the photovoltaic system power generation,Its annual energy saving rate is7.9%.In terms of energy efficiency during the annual peak energy consumption period,the indoor temperature of Baoshang Bank’s Block A office building was reduced by an average of 2.76 ° C after the addition of a photovoltaic system,the peak temperature dropped from 36.9 ° C to 33.9 ° C,and the time when the human comfort index fell below the maximum limit Extend 3 hours and relieve the local grid pressure during peak periods with 7.2% of total power demand.(3)The unit power supply cost of the photovoltaic system of the office building of the Baoshang Bank A is0.69 yuan / kWh,the discount value of life cycle economic benefits is 3.742 million yuan,the total pollutant emission reduction is 5 590.90 t,and the environmental benefit is 0.096 yuan kWh,photovoltaic system resource utilization is relatively low,the environmental pressure is at a medium level,the system has a certain potential for sustainable development,and the comprehensive sustainable development capacity and recycling capacity need to be further improved.
