In recent years,the automobile industry has developed rapidly and the car ownership has increased year by year.While the popularity of automobiles brings convenience to human beings,it also causes energy consumption,environmental pollution,traffic congestion and a large number of traffic accidents.Investigate its reason,the energy loss and environmental pollution are caused by the increase of the number of cars,the increase of internal combustion engine consumption,the increase of vehicle exhaust emissions and the increase of noise;traffic accidents are caused by the reasons of drunk driving,the irregular operation of drivers,the untimely handling of information by drivers and so on,which bring safety to people's lives and property.There is a great threat.In order to reduce energy consumption,reduce pollution and minimize the instability of human operation,people are increasingly inclined to the research and application of intelligent electric vehicles.Compared with traditional cars,smart electric vehicles have no pollution,freeing drivers from cars is not only conducive to human physical and mental health,but also more convenient for human travel.This paper combines the development trend of modern society,according to the relevant design requirements and market demand analysis of small low-speed electric vehicle,redesigns the driving system of the original electric vehicle,and finally designs an intelligent driving system of low-speed electric vehicle.The intelligent driving system mainly includes environment perception system,intelligent steering subsystem,brake subsystem,acceleration subsystem,industrial computer and PLC control system.For the environmental perception system,this design uses binocular stereo vision technology and multi-threading technology to control two Basler CCD cameras to achieve synchronous shooting of road environment,obtains the three-dimensional information of the target object through the principle of binocular vision measurement and related algorithms in the system,and realizes the dual-target positioning and image preprocessing through MATLAB software.Operation;Intelligent steering control method based on model predictive control is designed to achieve intelligent steering control;industrial computer and PLC control the optimal braking parameters of "brake pedal displacement" by pusher motor to achieve emergency braking and non-emergency braking,and on the basis of this design,manual driving and automatic driving switching design are added.Finally,Carsim software,MATLAB software and Simulink toolbox are used to simulate and analyze the steering,braking and speed regulation of low-speed electric vehicles.The experimental results show that the intelligent driving system of low-speed electric vehicles designed in this paper is relatively stable,relatively low cost,safe and reliable.
