Lubrication system is one of the most significant subsystems in integrated transmission.It provides hydrodynamic 1ubrication for friction pairs of the integrated transmission.The performance of lubrication system determines the performance and life of the hydraulic components directly.So,Good lubrication is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of machinery and equipment.Choosing integrated transmission’s lubricating pipeline as object of study,A mathematical model and CFD virtual simulation model in an integrated transmission is established.respectively flow field performance optimization and flow distribution optimization are presented to different parts of lubricating pipeline.In this paper,there are verification test and Contrast test,to verify the veracity of simulation model and the effect of optimization.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,established mathematical model of typical oil-supply system and MATLAB / Simulink simulation model.Design experiment bench to take verification test.After finishing the experiment bench,collect data with the LABVIEW and analyze data with the MATLAB.Data analysis and comparison are used to verify the accuracy of the model.Second,the factors affecting flow field performance are evaluated based on the mathematical model and simulation model in MATLAB/Simulink by using the control variable method.Further,the flow field performance variation with different factors is provided.Third,The CFD analysis software CFX was used to analyze the transient operation of the lubricating oil supply pipeline.Simulink simulation model was used to obtain the influencing factors to be optimized,and the simulation model was optimized for these factors.And the flow field simulation of the optimized oil supply pipeline is compared with the flow performance before the optimization.Finally,the experiment is carried out.Fourth,calculate the lubricating oil quantity of each lubrication object of lubricating pipe network,and the flow distribution of each nozzle and CFD simulation analysis are carried out.And then optimize the lubrication pipe network to get the flow distribution scheme.
