Distributed driving electric bus driving wheel using permanent magnet synchronous motor drive,drive motor,speed reducer,wheel for the integration of power machinery structure,eliminating the intermediate transfer system,effectively improve the efficiency of vehicle mechanical transmission.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is the core component of distributed drive pure electric bus,which adopts direct torque control motor.The two driver is not connected the mechanical structure of the wheel,it can control the driving torque of each motor according to the control algorithm,which can effectively solve the differential problem,during the running of the vehicle driving slip problem,sideslip problem and so on,these can be through the control strategy implementation,to solve these problems to improve the electronic stability control.Distributed driving pure electric bus.The following problems are studied in this paper:Establish the permanent magnet synchronous motor physical model,and analyze its control principle and control method;According to the running state of the vehicle,the establishment of seven degrees of freedom vehicle coordinate system,according to the vehicle's lateral force and longitudinal force analysis,the equations of motion equation and wheel sideslip angle and wheel tire established,and further analysis of the tire model,finally establish vehicle dynamics model;According to the vehicle dynamics model and the established electronic stability control strategy of the distributed drive electric bus,the software simulation is carried out to verify the validity of the electronic stability control strategy to improve the vehicle handling stability.Through the hardware in loop test,it is proved that the electronic stability control algorithm designed in this paper can improve the distributed driving pure electric bus with good handling stability.
