Study On The Influencing Factors Of Cash Dividend Policy Of Listed Companies In Chinese Household Electrical Appliance Industry

The dividend policy formulation and implementation play important roles in the financial policy of the listed companies,appropriate dividend policy can improve enterprise value to a great extent,so the manager of listed companies and shareholders choose the dividend policy is particularly valued,and the dividend policy is an important part of the cash dividend policy,because it can provide benefits for investors.At the same time,in the establishment of corporate image and encouraging investors to continue to invest in listed companies,the right cash dividend policy also plays an important role.In this paper,empirical research method and case study method are used to study the influencing factors of the cash dividend policy of Listed Companies in household appliances industry.All the A shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen two 19 home appliance industry listed companies are selected,and the dates from 2006 to 2015 dividend for 10 consecutive years are chosen as the data sample,the internal and external factors of the entire appliance industry listed company's cash dividend payment tendency and making an empirical analysis.At the same time by using the method of case study,Hisense and Whirlpool are selected as a case,analyzes the influence of the two enterprises such as life cycle,profitability,solvency,growth characteristics and other factors,equity mechanism,board of directors on cash dividend policy.Finally,the article draws a conclusion that the profit payments and cash dividend distribution tendency and ability,solvency,cash rich,scale of company,which is positively related to the life cycle,the proportion of independent directors.According to the conclusions of empirical research and case study,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
