There's a large number of masonry structure building in China.But for many years,the building process of masonry structure buildings in our country was completely artificial and on-site,and the traditional building methods have many defects,they are so labor-intensive and time-consuming,there also many wet-work and pollution.Now,our courntry also faces the predicament of workers' aging and lacking in skills.Combining the technologies of machinery industry,We can use automatic walllaying machine to make assembled masonry structure buildings.It has the advantages of high efficiency,environmental-friendly,energy saving,light weight and no signal shielding.The work force is also greatly reduced.With the prefabricated buildings are getting more and more attention from the government and people,the assembled masonry structure will inevitablely become the next step of masonry structure system,for it has much higher efficiency and better structural performance compared with traditional masonry structure buildings.In order to promote the development of assembled masonry structure,this paper studies the joint structure between prefabricated masonry walls,and mainly studies the shear performance of horizontal joint structure(vertical seam).The main contents of this paper include:(1)Compressive,flexural and water-containing properties of the three blocks used in the test(construction refuse aggregate concrete self-supporting block,construction waste aggregate concrete load-bearing block and autoclaved aerated concrete self-supporting block)were measured.and the two kinds of steel bars and steel ropes used in the test piece were subjected to a tensile test to measure the yield strength,ultimate strength and elongation.(2)Experimental study on shear resistance of horizontal joint structure of fabricated masonry walls.Through the shear test of the horizontal joint structure of 72 specimens,the failure phenomenon,crack morphology and failure mechanism of the specimen under vertical shear force were studied,and the data such as cracking load,shear capacity and load-displacement curves of the specimen were obtained.It is found that the specimens are mostly broken along the shear plane and the cracks are concentrated near the shear plane.The shear bearing capacity of the specimens using concrete self-supporting blocks is the highest,while the specimens using autoclaved aerated concrete blocks have the lowest shear bearing capacity.The horizontal joint structure designed in this paper is applicable to concrete selfsupporting blocks,and some of them are suitable for concrete load-bearing blocks,but none of them is suitable for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks.(3)The shear bearing capacity mechanism of the vertical seam of the fabricated masonry walls is studied,and the composition and influencing factors of the shear bearing capacity of the vertical seam are analyzed.3 theoretical calculation formulas for calculating the shear capacity of the fabricated shear walls' joint structure are studied,and we modified the most suitable one.The new formula is more suitable for the fabricated masonry wall.
