| Folk belief space is an important community public space in traditional villages in southern Fujian, and an important carrier of community history and culture and community relations.Since the reform and opening up,rural communities have been faced with rapid urbanization, and relocation is the most drastic transformation. The particularity of folk belief space makes it the focus of the transformation. This paper takes Wencuo community in Haicang district of Xiamen city as the research object, and analyzes the reconstruction of folk belief space, community relations and organizational system behind it in the process of demolition and settlement from the perspective of "social-space",i.e.state and place as well as local interior.Under the unfavorable conditions such as the fuzzy identification of folk beliefs in national laws and the absence of demolition and settlement regulations, local communities actively take advantage of various favorable conditions and bravely fight for interests. In the community, folk beliefs are reconstructed to different degrees in space and organizational structure. On the one hand, this reconstruction is the continuation of the old relationship and space, and at the same time,it has become a favorable tool to integrate the new community with the new environment. |
