| Building formwork is widely used as a kind of auxiliary material for concrete forming,but its characteristics such as long construction period,large labor consumption,and influence the environment limit its further promotion.In recent years,many building fires have been caused by the burning of external wall insulation boards.Therefore,the combustion characteristics of the insulation boards are also a concern,which is related to the safety of buildings.The research object of this subject is a new type of building board made of mineral wool and vitrified microsphere as the main material——MF(Mineral Fiber)thermal insulation wallboard.As a kind of green industrial product,this new type of plate can be used as construction formwork in the form of concrete pouring without removing the formwork to simplify the construction process,and can also be used as building insulation board to ensure that the building walls have excellent performance such as fireproof and thermal insulation.According to the concrete strength and concrete type,the interface connection method and the position of the anchoring nail,the push-out test was used to study the connection performance of the MF thermal insulation wallboard and the concrete.The connection performance of the composite specimens was studied by detecting the failure modes,stress and strain,displacement and other parameters.The test results show that the connection of the MF thermal insulation wallboard and the concrete requires the use of anchoring nails,and the anchoring nails need to be arranged in distributed arrangement.And the self-compacting concrete will make the bonding of the board and the concrete more effective.In order to study the thermal insulation performance of the MF thermal insulation wallboard composite wall,the performance parameters of the researched wall and several other commonly used thermal insulation walls were compared with the help of standard.The Fluent is used to analyze the two-dimensional transient heat transfer of the wall at room temperature.The thermal insulation performance of the MF insulation-free template composite wall is further evaluated by comparing the attenuation multiple and the delay time of these walls.The results show that the attenuation multiple and delay time of the MF thermal insulation wallboard composite wall are larger than those of the other wall,which shows the excellent thermal insulation performance of the composite wall.Three tests were carried out on the board for the fire performance of the MF thermal insulation wallboard: non-combustibility test,heat of combustion test and the single burning test.The results show that the burning rank of MF thermal insulation wallboard belongs to A2 grade,which meets the requirements of thermal insulation board at present stage in China,and it is beneficial to the fire protection of building structure.Finally,the research contents of this article are summarized and the research prospects are also given,which lays a foundation for further research on MF thermal insulation wallboard.And put forward some suggestions for the research direction as well as practical application of MF thermal insulation wallboard,which is committed to promoting the application and development of new green building materials in China. |
