Automobile ESP(Electronic Stability Program)control system is a kind of active safety control system,it can operate according to the driver's purpose,road conditions,and the current speed of the vehicle driving conditions to adjust control car,to avoid traffic accidents,so the maximum degree of protection of the operation of the car safety,enhanced vehicle maneuverability.When the vehicle in the extreme conditions of high-speed road,the vehicle prone to slip,flick and other unstable conditions,the car ESP control system realizes the real-time monitoring according to the state parameter of the vehicle driving,and then by the controller for data processing,through the allocation of different wheel braking force and the adjustment of the engine torque output to achieve the stability of vehicle driving control.In this paper,the dynamic process of the vehicle is analyzed in detail,a nonlinear tire model based on magic formula is established,At the same time,the seven-degree-of-freedom model of the vehicle and the two-degree-of-freedom model in the ideal state are established.the two control variables of the ESP control system are determined by the kinetic study of the vehicle,namely,the centroid side angle and the yaw rate,at the same time,the relationship between control variables and vehicle stability is analyzed in depth.with the simulation software MATLAB/SIMULINK,the dynamic model of the vehicle is transformed into the corresponding graphic simulation module.in this paper,the fuzzy control principle is adopted,the fuzzy control of automobile ESP is designed with fuzzy control as the strategy.three schemes to change the stability control of the vehicle are designed according to the control variables of the vehicle ESP control system.Finally,the steering wheel angle is set as sine input signal,simulation of the three control schemes is carried out by MATLAB simulation environment.The simulation results show that,the design of the car ESP fuzzy controller to the stability of the car driving a good regulation and control,reached the corresponding control requirements.When the car driving in the limit conditions,through the design of the car ESP fuzzy controller to the car's center of mass angle and yaw rate can be controlled within a small range of changes,so that the car can travel along the desired trajectory and maintain good stability.
