In the process of mechanical structure design,various uncertain factors,such as material properties,structural dimensions,load and so on,will affect the quality of the products.The design is a method for processing uncertain optimization problems of robust optimization,its purpose is to make the performance of the system is less affected by uncertainties,namely in all kinds of uncertain factors,stable product performance.As a result,the robust optimization design can reduce the sensitivity of the performance to the uncertainty of the product at the same time,and is widely used in the engineering design.Probability method can describe the uncertainty of the variables,but it needs a large amount of experimental data.The structure of interval model robust optimization based on interval variables based on uncertainty,only upper and lower bounds on the variables obtained by less information,so the uncertainty modeling reflects the convenience and economy of good.At present,the interval model structure robust optimization design,and did not consider the design variables tolerances of uncertainty,and the optimal design of the solution usually falls on the boundary,when the design variables because the tolerance uncertainty fluctuates,the optimal solution will change in the near boundary,may fall into the failure zone,therefore and in robust optimization design,it is necessary to consider the design variables uncertainty tolerance.Aiming at the above problems,based on interval in the domestic and foreign research on robust optimization model,this paper considers the design variable tolerance interval model,structure robust optimization design problem to do further research and Study on the main content:The reliability index of the convex model based on the reliability index of the design variables of tolerance convex model based on judging the design variables tolerance,tolerance of design variables in feasible region are satisfied;based on robust optimization model of interval analysis,the reliability model of the variable convex tolerance requirements as constraint to optimize model based on the proposed interval model structure design variable tolerance robust optimization model;in order to obtain accurate tolerances,design variables in the optimization process of discretization,proposed mechanical structure variable tolerance robust optimization optimization design process of two layer,the inner optimization interval by the sequence of two quadratic programming algorithm to calculate the objective function and the constraint function,and analyze the reliability of the design parameters of tolerance model based on convex optimization,outer The design variables optimization,particle swarm optimization algorithm which considers the design variables in the feasible region of the tolerance requirements will be satisfied automatically after optimization,finally through two engineering examples to verify the effectiveness of the method.
