Ice storage technology shows an impact of peak cut to electric grid,in addition to the advantages than normal refrigeration technology in economical aspect,and it can be applied widely in refrigerator and refrigeration.Currently Ice Storage refrigerator has some shortcomings mainly controlled by historical knowledge,hence the research operational optimization theory is of essence.This research is based on data driving theory,firstly it analyzes passenger flow prediction model parameter through passenger flow data historically.Then it develops public district of cooling load module research combining passenger flow prediction data.Aiming at the goal of systematical running and engineering restriction,we use multi-goal optimization algorithm to get the controlling scheme of Ice Storage.The concrete research is as follows:Firstly,on the short time historical passenger flow data character of the working days of metro station,and based on data driving's recognition method,we get ARIMA(Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average Model)as well as SVM(Support Vector Machine)and the combination of ARIMA-SVM's prediction module parameter through calculating and analyzing,and the passenger flow prediction model is established.The model prediction results are compared and analyzed,and the application scope and applicable scenarios of each passenger flow prediction model are verified.Secondly,we use parameter calculating methods to develop qualitative and quantitative analysis on thermal load factor.And we can calculate the thermal load as well as refrigeration system of cooling load demand of public districts thermal load in metro station.And we establish systematic energy,power,economy,environmental module combining targeted metro station's Ice Storage Refrigeration system techniques.Lastly,on refrigeration's cooling load demand,and based on data driving's way of control,combining system's targets and engineering restricted,we use DEBA to realize the optimization of Ice Storage refrigerator system's running methods hourly.The result of emulation shows that the optimum solution of cost can save 8% running fees of customers,and reduce 20.9% energy consumption,the optimum solution of energy lost rate can save 2.5% running fees for customers,and reduce 33.2% energy consumption.
