Recovery of hydrogen isotopes and nitrogen from liquid lithium is a challenge to be solved for both lithium blanket in nuclear fusion reactor and IFMIF(International Fusion Material Irradiation Facility).Purpose of the present study is to evaluate recovery behavior of nitrogen and deuterium from lithium under fluidized conditions. Our group manufactured Li loop in which lithium is fluidized with an electromagnetic pump for recovery experiment.Yttrium was used as deuterium recovery in lithium and titanium trap was used as nitrogen recovery in lithium. Also, methods to measure deuterium and nitrogen concentrations in lithium are required to evaluate recovery behavior. Before the recovery experiment, the method to analyze the ratio of deuterium and nitrogen remaining in lithium is established by using chemical dissolution reaction between lithium and water.
