With the large number of integrated and highly complex automotive electronic control units being applied to new energy vehicles,the failure and failure of software and hardware systems have brought many unexpected safety risks to new energy vehicles.As a key technology of new energy vehicles,the power battery management system manages,protects,and diagnoses the battery by directly monitoring the running status and dynamic parameters of the power battery.Strengthening the functional safety research of the battery management system is extremely important to improve the safety of the battery system and the entire vehicle.This subject mainly takes the power battery management system of new energy vehicles as the research object,and aims at the insufficient application of the "Road Vehicle Functional Safety Standard-ISO 26262" standard in new energy vehicle experimental training equipment.Development and design of training equipment.Through in-depth study and understanding of functional safety standards,referring to the development process of ISO 26262,during the concept development stage,a hazard analysis and risk assessment of the battery management system was conducted,and the automotive safety integrity level(ASIL)for the battery management system for practical training was derived.2.The functional safety goals and functional safety requirements are allocated to the corresponding software and hardware design in accordance with the functional safety decomposition principle.In the hardware design,the modular design principle is adopted,and a redundant design is formulated for the functional circuits.MC9S12XET256J1 MAL and MC9S08DZ60 MLH chips are used as the control chip of the system's master and slave control modules,respectively,to achieve accurate detection of power battery current,voltage,temperature and other functional safety related parameters.Through the evaluation of the hardware architecture,the functional circuits were quantitatively evaluated and the design goals were achieved.On this basis,the software design and fault handling mechanism are carried out,so that the functional safety of the battery management system can be realized.By building a power battery box and a main control platform,combined with the host computer system,a set of experimental training system integrating teaching and practical operation was developed,and the functional testing and functional safety testing of the training system were carried out.According to the emergency measures taken by the training system for different functional failures,it was verified that the developed power battery management system reached the safety goal,and the development and design of the power battery management system experimental training equipment that met the functional safety requirements was completed.
