As China's urbanization process develops rapidly and urban population density continues to increase, the city's traffic pressure will also increase. In order to alleviate the pressure of people's travel, infrastructure such as urban roads, viaducts and subways have been vigorously developed. In this era,for some houses built in the bustling area of traffic, the road vibration caused by the traffic load of the adjacent roads can not be ignored. The vibrations generated by vehicles such as motor vehicles, especially large trucks, travel through the road to the surface and underground, and finally to adjacent buildings, causing vibration inside the building structure. This vibration is not only harmful to the durability and safety of the structure, but also affects the health of the residents. Therefore,it is of great significance to study it.In order to truly grasp the impact of road traffic loads on adjacent buildings and analyze them, the best method is to conduct on-site measurements. This paper takes the vehicles of a busy traffic artery in Wuhan and the adjacent multi-story frame structure residential building as the research object, and analyzes the propagation law of the road traffic load and the impact on the residential building. This paper can provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the analysis of the vibration of existing houses in similar traffic areas and the location of houses to be built in the future. The specific research work is as follows:(1)Using the DH5901 dynamic signal analyzer and IEPE accelerometer, the measuring points are arranged on both sides of the Xiongchu Avenue highway, and the vertical acceleration response of the road vibration is measured, and the variation of the road vibration caused by the road vehicle with the measuring point is obtained. The signal analysis tool-Fourier transform and filtering technology is used to process the measured data of road load, and the frequency domain characteristics of vehicleinduced road vibration are obtained. The propagation law is further studied.(2)Based on the project overview of the house,it was modeled by finite element software-ANSYS,and the modal parameters and vibration modes of the house were obtained through numerical simulation;(3)On-site vibration measurement of a nine-story framed residential building near the road, and obtained the horizontal and vertical vibration acceleration response time course of each floor of the house. The measured data of the house is processed to analyze the influence of road load on the vibration of the house. At the same time, the natural excitation technology and the feature system realization algorithm are combined.According to the vibration response data of each floor of the house, the multi-point cross-correlation function is used as input.A parametric model that identifies the modal parameters of the system.Compared with the finite element model identification results, the accuracy of the two is verified.(4)Compare the international comfort evaluation criteria with the domestic environmental assessment criteria to obtain a link between the two. After selecting the appropriate evaluation criteria, based on the measured building floor vibration data, the time domain data of each measuring point is converted into a one-third octave domain for analysis to obtain comfort evaluation. Finally, recommendations were made for damping measures for buildings in core traffic sections.
