At present,the application of electric propulsion vehicles in the marine field is extensive.The electric propulsion system is the core system of the marine systems,and the control performance is related to the stability and safety of ships.The normal control strategies of propulsion system no longer meet their control demands,especially in the extreme sea conditions.The experiments of the control strategies in complex sea conditions have high cost and low safety.Therefore,this paper uses simulation method to carry out research on performance analysis and scheme demonstration.The researches of the control strategies on marine electric propulsion system mainly involve two parts.One is the control strategies of marine propulsion motor,and the other is the control strategies of the propulsion system.The propulsion control system is the upper level control system of the motor control system.In this paper,the research of the control strategies on marine electric propulsion system mainly carries out the following work:1)The paper analysed the mathematical models of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and inverter,and studied the predictive current control strategy and the predictive speed control strategy based on the analysis of motor field-oriented control strategy.2)The paper built simulation models of permanent magnet synchronous motor field-oriented control system,predictive current control system and predictive speed control system based on Matlab/Simulink platform,and used simulation experiments to verify the performance advantages of motor control strategies on different operating conditions.3)The paper analysed the mathematical models of marine electric propulsion system(motor dynamic model,shaft dynamic model,propeller characteristic model).In moderate sea conditions,three normal propulsion system control strategies have been discussed,and the combined(speed/torque/power)control strategy has been proposed,which used the particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the weighting of the combined control strategy.4)The paper analysed the effect of the propeller in-and-out-of water phenomenon on the thrust and torque.In extreme sea conditions,the anti-spin controller with dynamic speed limit model(anti-spin controller #1)and the anti-spin controller with ventilation recognition model(anti-spin controller #2)based on combined controller have been proposed.In the anti-spin controller #2,three ventilation recognition methods have been designed to detect ventilation incident.5)The paper built simulation models of marine electric propulsion system in the moderate sea conditions and extreme sea conditions based on Matlab/Simulink platform,and used simulation experiments to verify the performance advantages of normal control strategies,combined control strategy and anti-spin control strategies.The paper deeply discusses the control strategy of marine electric propulsion system,and provides theoretical basis for the high performance control strategy research of electric propulsion system,and has reference value and guiding significance for the related engineering application of electric propulsion system.
