| Mixed reality technology(MR)is a new practical technology which includes computer,3d simulation technology and electronic information technology.This technology virtualizes the objects in the real scene and models them in the virtual scene,so that an information loop can be built between the information of the virtual world,the information of the real world and the users,so as to enhance the sense of reality of the user experience.It is precisely because of the combination of virtual reality and reality,with the characteristics of multi-perception and real-time interaction,that mixed reality technology is applied to various fields of life such as medical treatment,education and industry.There are also problems in the industrial sector,such as a growing shortage of skilled workers,high turnover rates and increasingly complex products.The application of mixed reality technology in the industrial field can greatly save the consumption of manpower,material and financial resources,and improve the inefficiency caused by the shortage of skilled workers and the increasing complexity of products.For traditional pipeline inspection systems that exist in the network data timeliness,spatial location relationship between network is not intuitive,poor continuity problems,this paper uses the mixed reality,3 d modeling and spatial positioning technology,in accordance with the need of pipeline inspection,dynamic construction of pipe network and compared with the actual features fusion,intuitive show spatial location relationship between the network and real-time running condition of the pipe network,designed and implemented based on mixed reality of pipe network system.Aiming at the problem of network model positioning,this paper designs a spatial coordinate transformation method to complete the spatial mapping between virtual network and real network.Aiming at the construction and optimization of pipe network model,this paper proposes a dynamic construction and optimization method to realize the dynamic loading of pipe network and the smoothing of local connections.In this paper,gesture and voice interaction technologies are used to control the virtual pipe network.The experimental test of the local tap water pipe network in the park shows that the proposed method can accurately integrate the virtual model with the real pipe network,smooth the connection of the virtual pipe,and clearly and intuitively show the spatial correlation of the pipe. |
