With the rapid development of society,mankind's demand for energy is increasing,and the extraction and use of traditional fossil energy has also increased sharply.The accompanying energy crisis and environmental pollution problems are getting worse.To this end,people are looking for an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient energy supply method to replace the existing traditional energy supply system with low energy efficiency and high pollution.The Integrated energy system realizes cascade utilization and multi-energy complementary coordination between different energy sources,which is an effective way to solve these two types of problems.The energy storage system can not only smooth the power fluctuation of renewable energy,maintain time and space energy supply uninterruptedly,but also realize the complete decoupling of multi-energy time and space,which effectively improves the efficiency of multi-energy utilization.Has been widely used.However,the traditional energy storage cost is high,so the optimal allocation of its capacity is studied.This article focuses on the research of energy storage system planning in integrated energy systems.First analyze the characteristics and application of energy storage system in the integrated energy system.The research progress of Integrated energy system planning at home and abroad,energy storage planning in distribution networks and energy storage planning methods in integrated energy systems is analyzed and summarized.Then mathematical modeling and analysis of the integrated energy system and energy storage system.Study the operating characteristics of renewable energy equipment and triple supply equipment in integrated energy sources;power subsystems and electric energy storage systems;thermal subsystems and thermal energy storage systems;gas network subsystems and gas energy storage systems,and establish corresponding mathematical models.Based on the above research,the operating characteristics of the integrated energy system areanalyzed to establish a mathematical model of the system.On the basis of electricity,gas and heat energy storage systems,a generalized electricity energy storage system model is proposed,the operating characteristics of the system are analyzed,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.Study the principle and basic flow of the NSGA-? algorithm,and improve the problems existing in the cross operation to lay a theoretical foundation for the solution of energy storage planning.Based on the model of integrated energy system and energy storage system,the capacity allocation problem of electricity / heat energy storage in integrated energy system is studied.Build a planning-operation two-layer optimization model,with the lowest comprehensive economic cost and the smallest amount of renewable energy removal as optimization goals,with power balance and equipment operation as constraints,using NSGA-?algorithm to solve the model,through multiple scene examples,Analyze and verify the validity of the model.Based on the research of electricity / heat energy storage planning,a generalized energy storage optimization model is constructed.The optimization model takes the minimum economic cost,the maximum renewable energy consumption rate,and the minimum annual CO2 emissions as the optimization goals,and uses the power balance and equipment operation constraints to solve the multi-objective function using the NSGA-? algorithm.The analysis shows that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
