In today's society,in order to realize the long-term and steady development of enterprises and stimulate the work potential of managers,most enterprises have implemented equity incentive plans.By giving part of the company's equity to the important personnel related to the company's interests,the incentive objects have a sense of belonging to the group,fully consider the overall interests of the enterprise,realize the binding of personal interests and company interests,so as to drive the incentive objects to carry out business for the maximum value of the enterprise and avoid personal interests.On the other hand,under the mode of equity incentive,enterprises pay attention to equity incentive for core employees,which is convenient for enterprises to retain core talents,optimize team quality,and make enterprises occupy a dominant position in the market competition.n order to promote the further improvement of the capital market,the CSRC has issued a series of documents,mainly including the notice on the issues related to the reform of non tradable shares of listed companies and the measures for the management of equity incentive.With the continuous improvement of these relevant laws and regulations,the legal environment for the implementation of equity incentive plan in China is better and healthier.However,whether the effect of equity incentive can achieve the original intention of the enterprise,the effect of different enterprises is also different,which needs further study.In this paper,the boss electrical appliances of high-end kitchen and electric enterprises are selected as the research object.The boss electrical appliances were listed in 2010,and in2014,the restrictive stock incentive policy was implemented for the first time,focusing on senior,middle-level management and core technical personnel.From 2015 to 2018,four consecutive employee stock ownership plans were launched,including the first core management team stock ownership plan,the first agent stock ownership plan,and employees Shareholding plan and the second phase of agent shareholding plan.The implementation of ESOP has gradually expanded the number and scope of incentive objects,and it can be seen that the equity incentive scheme of boss electrical appliances has progressed step by step.This paper introduces the content of the previous equity incentive plan of boss electric,and brieflyanalyzes the phased progress in the implementation process of equity incentive,the completion of performance assessment indicators and the dividend situation of employees.In addition,in terms of the implementation effect,the event study method,financial index analysis method and non-financial index analysis method are used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the single market response effect and cumulative financial effect,and summarize the experience of implementing equity incentive of boss electric appliances,hoping to bring reference to the relevant kitchen electric industry.It is found that through the implementation of the equity incentive plan,the equity incentive plan has caused great fluctuations in the single market effect,which has a positive role in promoting the owner's electrical appliances in the later period,and is of great significance for the promotion of the stock price.In terms of cumulative financial effect,it has also achieved certain implementation effect,but the operational capacity needs to be further strengthened,and other aspects perform well.At the same time,by comparing the EVA / net assets and capital accumulation rate of vantage,it is found that the advantages of the boss' s profit and development are more prominent.In terms of non-financial performance,the innovation ability,market share of products,stability of senior management,changes of offline stores of agents of boss electric appliances have been greatly improved.Equity incentive plan plays an important role in retaining talents and improving the innovation ability of enterprises.In addition,through the analysis of the success and shortcomings of the owner's electrical equity incentive plan,the paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions for the owner's electrical equity incentive plan,hoping to bring reference value to the owner's electrical appliances and related kitchen electrical industry.
