The openness and liberalization of electricity market are gradually accelerating all over the world.The basic framework of the regional electricity market has been established by trial work,multiple operation and bidding modes of electricity market also has been explored and introduced in our country.Meanwhile,the miniaturized and distributed new-type DERS(distributed energy resources)are continuously permeated in distribution level,the type of stakeholders and the characteristics of dispatching objects are increasingly complex and diverse.Therefore,the great significance of the study which on the optimal dispatching in active distribution network under market mechanism has been highlighted.In this paper,with the antecedent analyzing of the current situation of the optimal dispatching in active distribution network,the mathematic models of stakeholders are established firstly,which focuses on the uncertainty set of photovoltaic steady state power based on the confidence level of prediction technology,the photovoltaic robust correction model based on the theory of two person zero-sum game,the dynamic response model of the reducible load and the transferable load based on load characteristic and user satisfaction,the mathematical model of energy storage system considering the SOC(state of charge)window and charge-discharge state.Secondly,a fast power flow algorithm for distribution network is proposed which include the fast calculation method of node phase angle apply to the high ratio of R/X,the fast calculation method of node voltage amplitude based on the identity transformation and the linear approximation of the power flow equation.The application scope can be extended to high voltage transmission network combined with classical DC power flow algorithm.Thirdly,taking market mechanism as the research background,the mechanism of market electricity price based on bidding principle has been introduced which reflect the linkage between supply side and demand side,the analysis of alliance structure based on fuzzy coalition has been given,the optimal dispatching model of active distribution network under space-time multidimensional scale has been established,the optimal solution method which combined SQP(sequential quadratic programming)and global search has been given,the coalition income distribution model based on fuzzy Shapley value distribution method has been set up.Then,taking IEEE33 node system and actual engineering power distribution system as examples,the calculation and analysis results show that the proposed mathematic models of stakeholders,the fast power flow algorithm of distribution network,the optimal dispatching model,the coalition income distribution model are effective and practical.Finally,the research contents of this paper are summarized,the insufficiency of the research are pointed out,the research prospect are discussed.
