| For the steel frame structure,due to the limitation of design theory and calculation method of the steel frame,the traditional design methods of single frame were still adopted by the steel frame of industrial building’s stress system.In order to simplify the design of the structures,we often ignore the spatial connections provided by the longitudinal structures to the lateral frames.In the steel structures,the load distribution was usually uneven,and the displacement of the full-load frame was the largest.Due to the spatial effect of frame structure caused by longitudinal members,the adjacent frame on both sides would share the internal force and displacement of the central frame,which increase the displacement and internal force of the adjacent frame,therefore,the displacement and internal force of the central frame structure was reduced.So that the lateral stiffness of the frame structure was improved.There was some research on the effect of space at home and abroad,what’s more,we had not done in-depth research and reference point on the influencing mechanism of spatial effect in frame structure,measurement standard,lateral frame stiffness,longitudinal stiffness and longitudinal spacing of frame and so on.In this paper,Numerical simulation was employed to analyze the model of steel structure platform with different frame spacing under horizontal loads.The main research was as follows:In the first place,researched on modeling method of multi-layer steel structure refining platform.The ribbed plate was converted into constant thick blank by using the method of equivalent stiffness,and modeling of the steel structure.The steel frame structure model was established in a variety of working condition,The overall frame structure was analyzed by space effect method.At the same time,But the single frame structure was analyzed by the plane method and the results were compared.The 7m spacing steel frame structure was the basic type.Keeping the other parameters constant,the steel frame structures was established by adding 0.5m between 5m and 11.5m,at the same time the numerical simulation was carried out under the action of the horizontal load.The influence of the frame spacing on the spatial effect of the steel frame was quantified in accordance with the numerical simulation and the results of the internal force,in addition,and the boundaries of the rigid,semi rigid and flexible schemes were provided. |
