With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,improving the living environment of residents and function of buildings have became an important livelihood issue.In order to improve the current situation of the existing houses and the residents' living experience,this paper studies the safety management method of existing buildings,obtains a scientific,feasible and normative house safety evaluation model,which can evaluate the safety status of existing buildings and reduce the risk of houses when they are being used,and provides the theoretical advises for the users?managers and owners of buildings.As public assets,the public houses are ubiquitously with common problems of long building time?rent for the houses is beset with difficulties and chaotic repairing management.In order to protect the public assets,this paper has been throughly study on the repairing management of directly managing public houses,which can provide theoretical advises for the repairing management of public houses.In the process of studying building safety evaluation model,it is found that the factor of fire has a huge impact on the safety of the buildings,because of there are a large number of timber structural buildings and ancient buildings in China,it will cause irreparable losses if a fire accident occurs.In order to speed up the development of green buildings in China,promote the current theme of green environmental protection and sustainable development,and protect the timber structural buildings better,this paper studies the fire resistance of timer components and timber roof truss,through effective ways to improve the fire resistance of timber structure scientifically and reasonably,which can provide theoretical suggestions for the protection of existing timber structureThrough systematic research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)In this paper,the fuzzy evaluation method based on rough set theory is used to study the safety evaluation method of existing buildings,taking a residential building in Dongcheng District of Beijing as an example to study the house safety evaluation.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual state of the house,which proves the accuracy and feasibility of the evaluation model.(2)This paper studies the repairing management of the public houses,the three major problems have been pointed out:disordered management order?rent for the houses is beset with difficulties?and serious aging problems of house safety management system.It gives the basis of the repairing process,approval and acceptance check and the final basis of overhaul in the form of flow chart of directly managing public bungalow.And the standard of repair quota of directly managing public bungalow which based on different roof types.(3)The influence of density in wood carbonization speed is discussed.According to the British standard,the formula of wood carbonization speed is determined.The thickness of carbonization is deduced layer after the wood was burned for 1h to ensure the accuracy of ABAQUS simulation and correctly in time.(4)In this paper,the most unfavorable load-bearing position of timber structure is selected for the fire resistance analysis,which provides some theoretical suggestions for the protection of timber structure.The fire resistance of the rectangular section timber and the circular section timber is compared,and concluded that the circular section timber has better fire resistance.(5)Taking a wood structural building in Dongcheng District of Beijing as an example,using the finite element software ABAQUS to calculate the thermo-mechanical coupling of the timber components and the timber roof truss,simulating the temperature and deformation of the timber structure under the fire conditions,for the fire safety work of timber structural buildings,it is better to rescue quickly after the fire accident found.
