The configuration of the turbocharger can effectively increase the overall power,however,it also produces noise with relatively high frequency.High-frequency noise is very harsh for the human ear and has a great negative impact on people's mind and body.At present,many ideal results have been achieved in the field of gasoline engine exhaust noise reduction research,but the research on air intake noise reduction is relatively rare.Therefore,it is of certain significance to study the intake muffler of gasoline engine for passenger cars.This paper takes the turbocharger intake system as the research object,taking “certain passenger car” has big intake noise as target issue,has done turbocharger intake noise identification experiment and after pressure muffler performance simulation analysis.Through the noise test of the engine pedestal intake system and vehicle test to get experimental data,to analyze what's the contribution to in-side car Airflow sound from different components.With reference to the acoustic characteristics of the impedance composite muffler,through professional Acoustic simulation platform,has done numerical simulation calculation and analysis on muffler acoustic performance through the acoustic finite element method and CFD method.Muffler single monomer Transfer loss test and vehicle noise vibration test are done to prove that simulation model and method is correct and reliable,which can decrease radiation noise from pipeline after pressure.So means finally get the engineering solution of decreasing in-side car Airflow sound.This article mainly completes the following tasks:(1)The experimental method of turbocharger noise performance is introduced.In particular,the process of exploration and identification of turbocharger airflow is analyzed,as well as the flow path and contribution analysis flow of airflow.(2)This paper takes the turbocharger type intake system of passenger car as the research object,introduces the low noise design method and flow of the intake system,and puts forward the necessity of low noise design after pressure control and CFD simulation optimization design.Process,as well as the acoustic design process.(3)Take a real engineering case as the object,through the acoustic simulation analysis and optimization,the noise reduction of the intake system after pressure is carried out,also finish the design of the silencing elements.Through the CFD evaluation to get the best solution.(4)The optimal arrangement method and flow of the muffler components of the intake system are studied.The influence of the arrangement of the muffler components on the whole vehicle noise after the post-press system is studied,and the principle of the arrangement of the muffler components after the pressure is also proposed.Optimized layout design and experimental verification of post-muffler components.
