Fretting wear is one of the main causes of mechanical equipment failure during work.As we all know,during the service of mechanical equipment,some key components will inevitably work under the combined working conditions of tension/ compression and fretting friction,resulting in complex and changeable final failure modes.At present,there are many researches on fretting friction,but the research on the damage failure mechanism of materials and components under the tensile/compression-friction friction composite working conditions is still insufficient.Aiming at the requirements of fretting friction and wear performance of key materials and components under pre-tension/compression conditions,this article developed a fretting friction and wear device under prestressing,and developed a typical material under prestressing using a self-made test device Fretting friction and wear test.First of all,according to the test needs and objectives,the relevant parameters of the test device are determined.On the basis of the performance requirements and basic functions of the test device,the function-principle scheme is determined through scientific design methods.Based on the optimal solution,the device is divided into prestressing mechanical loading module,positive pressure mechanical loading module,piezoelectric power output module,and precision detection unit module.The mechanical structure design and the selection of related parts were carried out in each module,and the model building of the parts and the whole machine was completed.On this basis,the important components and the whole machine in the entire structure are simulated and analyzed to ensure that the structural design is reliable and feasible.Finally,the measurement components are calibrated,the parts are assembled,and the whole physical construction is completed.At the same time,based on hardware and functional requirements,build a control system for the entire device,correct device errors based on the motion model and environmental factors,and set software parameters.Secondly,through the fretting friction and wear test device under prestressing,the fretting tribological test of typical materials under conventional conditions,prestressing conditions,and variable angle conditions was carried out.The effect of the angle of motion on the fretting friction properties of typical materials has made attempts and practices for the tribology study of the coupled force field.It is preliminarily concluded that the friction coefficient of stainless steel is negatively correlated with positive pressure and positively correlated with motion frequency and displacement amplitude.During the cycle of No.45 steel and H62 brass material,the friction coefficient is negatively correlated with the pre-tension value as a whole,and due to the application of pre-tension,the friction coefficient changes are unstable and irregular.The angle of the pre-tension and friction force in the No.45 steel material test has basically no effect on friction and wear.
