The establishment of artificial grassland is of great significance to promote the development of animal husbandry and mitigate the degradation of natural grassland.Barley and oats are high-quality forage grasses.Technology of barley-oat replanting solves the problem of planting annual pasture with more than one season and less than two seasons effectively.This study was conducted on the barley-oat replanting annual artificial grassland in the south of Siziwang Banner,Wulanchabu,Inner Mongolia.Based on the data of remote sensing satellite and ground hyperspectral,and combined with field investigation,we analyzed the multispectral and hyperspectral characteristics of different phenology of artificial grassland.Then,the technology for extracting planted area of artificial grassland using multi-temporal and multi-spectral satellite remote sensing images was developed and a method for identifying artificial grassland using hyperspectral data was proposed.The main results were as follows:1.Proposed the method for multi-spectral remote sensing information extractionof barley-oat replanting grassland.Based on the peak-valley-peak variation characteristics of barley-oat replanting artificial grassland during planting,and distinguished differences between artificial grassland and other ground objects through multiple operations to remove the noise and achieve the extraction of spatial distribution of artificial grassland.And based on GF-1,Landsat 8 OLI and Sentinel-2 remote sensing date,the total area of artificial barley-oat replanting artificial grassland in the study area was 431.30 hm~2.2.The original spectral feature point extraction,first derivation and vegetationindex methods can distinguish the barley-oat replanting artificial grassland.The barley jointing stage or oat maturity,or a combination of both are the best phenological periods for distinguishing the type of artificial grassland using hyperspectral data.The vegetation index method is the optimal extraction method.Through the combination of field observation and remote sensing technique,this paper proposed a method of extracting the spatial distribution information of barley-oat replanting artificial grassland with multispectral satellite remote sensing digital images,and laid the foundation for large-scale application promotion.A method for identifying barley-oat replanting artificial grassland based on hyperspectral ground measurement data is provided,which provides theoretical support for future applications in hyperspectral satellite remote sensing digital images.
