With the continuous acceleration of economic globalization and urbanization,thetransformation of the construction industry is imminent.The emergence of BIM technology provides a solution to this problem.BIM technology is widely used in major projects due to its advantages of 3D modeling,such as automatic,accurate,and visualization.First choice for digital modeling.As an important part of the construction industry,the bridge industry has the characteristics of large engineering volume and high dispersion.The application of BIM technology in bridge engineering can successfully solve the problem of tedious engineering and information blockage,and avoid the phenomenon of "information island",but the application of BIM technology in bridges is still lacking.This article was born based on this background,on the BIM representative software Revit platform,with the truss steel bridge as the main object,using Visual Studio as the code writing software,using c # language,integrated research of truss steel bridge modeling,calculation and drawing,Using the Revit secondary development method to expand the Revit truss steel bridge module,this paper mainly does the following aspects of research:(1)Conduct plug-in development on the API automatic parametric modeling platform,determine the design process and ideas of the truss steel bridge plug-in,and divide the plug-in into building and model building module,main truss calculation module,ANSYS model export module,drawing automatic Generating module,steel list automatically generating module.Create various components of the bridge,enrich the Revit software system family library,and facilitate user modeling and use.(2)Supplement the Revit family library,summarize the characteristics of steel truss bridges by referring to the data,establish different types of steel truss bridge families,and call them.(3)Realize the complete steel truss bridge modeling function,design multiple user interaction interfaces,and form the complete process of steel truss bridge creation,covering a variety of steel truss bridge types.(4)Combine the corresponding specifications,summarize the calculation method of the main truss,calculate and verify the internal force of the main truss,the cross-section of themember,the joint plate,etc.,to realize the integration of modeling and calculation,and supplement the calculation function of Revit software.(5)Study the ANSYS command flow,extract the parameters in the Revit model,output the command flow in the background,and realize the modeling and static analysis functions in ANSYS.(6)The automatic drawing function and the steel list issuance function are realized,the drawing function of the Revit software is improved,and the steel table is summarized for the rods.
