In recent years,the Rail Transit Industry has developed rapidly in China,and has now developed multi-generation high-speed EMU trains,for the safety and stability of EMU trains,reducing maintenance cost,optimizing and extending maintenance cycle are the most important issues to be studied.In this paper,the CRH(China Railways High-speed)380B EMU is taken as the research object,according to its actual dynamic performance parameters and measured wheel and rail tread,the dynamic performance and wheel wear of the train are analyzed.The main work carried out is as follows: First based on the multi-body dynamics theory and SIMPACK software,a CRH380 B EMU train model with multiple components and all suspension systems was established,and the nonlinear instability speed was calculated.The results were compared with actual tests and verified the Model accuracy.During the modeling process,the measured wheelset and rail tread profiles were used.This paper uses a more accurate profile file modeling method.Then Based on the finite element theory and the non-linear finite element commercial software ABAQUS,a complete finite element model of wheel and rail contact is established.In order to reduce the calculation cost and ensure the calculation accuracy,the contact positions of wheels and rails are partially encrypted in this paper,and the grid density is relatively large.Finally through the calculation of SIMPACK software and ABAQUS software,train dynamics and wheel-rail contact results under a variety of conditions are obtained.Through analysis,this paper proposes that the new rail adopts a 60 N profile,and the abraded rail is polished to a 60 D profile,which can improve the dynamic performance and optimize the wheel-rail contact position.Properly increasing the hardness of the tread and ensuring the smoothness of the line can reduce the tread wear and reduce the maintenance cost.Through the research of this paper,we hope to get more reasonable measures and methods to reduce wheel wear,provide theoretical support for maintenance of EMU trains,and also provide research methods for optimizing wheel-rail profile.It is proved that can be used to carry out certain research on maintenance and repair strategies of EMU trains,which can provide effective methods and provide theoretical support for the operation and maintenance of EMU trains.
