In recent years,our country's total container throughput has been ranked first in the world,the efficiency of container loading and unloading is faced with great challenge,one of the major factors that affect the efficiency of loading and unloading is the time of auxiliary operation.At present,large-scale vehicles in the railway,port and other container loading and unloading,the vehicle and the lifting device between the position and orientation of certain requirements,however,when the driver is parking the vehicle,the parking position and the direction of the vehicle are prone to occur the error is large,so it is necessary to adjust several times,this seriously affects the efficiency of the work and can't guarantee accuracy.This paper mainly for the problem of large-scale vehicles in the container loading and unloading encountered in the direction errors of large and the implementation of low efficiency,mainly studies the design and implementation of large-scale vehicle rapid positioning and orientation system based on computer vision,studied and realized the visual imaging,image analysis and processing technology involved in the system.The main works are as follows:This paper first elaborates the research background of this subject,the research status and common methods of vehicle navigation and positioning technology both at home and abroad,and analyzes the existing problems in the existing vehicle navigation and positioning methods.Combined with the existing image processing technology and the actual situation of large-vehicle positioning and orientation,we defines the overall research ideas of this paper based on the way of computer vision and prefabricated an indication tape of auxiliary vision processing.Then,under the whole research idea,this paper studies the technology of straight line detection and digital recognition,combines the prior knowledge of the indication tape,a method of positioning and orientation for this problem is proposed,which indicates the extraction of target lines for navigation and orientation and the recognition of target digits for positioning.Experiments show that the algorithm achieves the algorithm requirements of this topic in positioning and orientation.Finally,this paper designs and realizes the large-scale vehicle rapid positioning and orientation system based on computer vision from the imaging mode,equipment hardware structure and system software.The experimental results show that the system can meet the practical requirements of large-scale vehicle positioning and orientation in this paper,and solve the practical problems encountered in large-scale vehicles in positioning and orientation,and achieve the purpose of this paper.In the test,the system stable operation,simple operation,positioning and orientation function,performance requirements to meet.Under the premise of satisfying the requirement of positioning and orientation precision,the system is reduced in the operation time compared to traditional methods,and saves people,and solves the problems encountered in the process of rapid positioning and orientation of large vehicles.
