Space and ground TT&C and data transmission resources integrated scheduling is to give a reasonable and efficient scheduling resources to the satellites,meanwhile furthest meet the requirements of satellite data transmission and TT&C,which is based on the limited of space-based resources and ground-based resources.The satellite TT&C and data transmission scheduling problem is a NP-hard problem and it belongs to classical combinatorial optimization problem.Research on scheduling TT&C and data transmission resources has important theory significance,meanwhile,it can promotion utilization rate of the TT&C resources,reduce the resources construction cost and the satellite management cost.Current researches focus on single type of TT&C and data transmission resource,lacking of relative research on the space and ground resources integrated scheduling problem in dynamic environment.In order to study this problem systematically,the main work of this paper is as follows:1.Considering the complexity of problems,in order to establish the basic description model and the constraint satisfaction problem model for the resource scheduling problem of TT & C and data transmission,In this paper,the concepts of TT &C and data transmission scheduling and the implementation process of TT & C organization are introduced,the basic elements involved in the scheduling process are summarized,and the description model is established according to the characteristics of each element.The characteristics of two kinds of resources based on space and ground are analyzed,and the constraints that should be considered in the process of real resource scheduling are analyzed,laying the foundation for further research work.2.A set of scientific and reasonable efficiency evaluation system which is practical and convenient to use is constructed.This system can comprehensively evaluate the configuration of resource and satellite,the service effect of TT&C and data transmission.At the same time,it can quantitatively describe the service situation of emergency mission and its influence on other tasks,laying the foundation for resource allocation optimization of TT&C and data transmission.3.In order to respond quickly to the demand of TT & C and data transmission service under the condition of emergency.In this paper,two different resource scheduling models are designed,which are fixed period and rolling three windows scheduling mode.From the introduction,the mode of emergency task criterion,composition and calculation method of comprehensive priority index,this four aspects of task processing process of two kinds of scheduling mode are discussed.Through the experiment on two kinds of scheduling under the mode of resource allocation and meet the needs of the situation were compared.The experimental results show that these two kinds of resource allocation strategy is correct and effective,can solve the demand in emergency conditions.
