The analysis results of radar electronic intelligence under the background of big data plays pivotal role of the battlefield situation estimation and decision-making.Analysis and identification of enemy radar wave information captured in the battlefield environment can effectively find the type of target equipment,and then estimate the enemy’s combat operations and intentions as well as assist in conducting command and decision.However,the current knowledge base of radar electronic intelligence analysis and identification lacks,and most of the recognition requires human involvement.However,due to the limited ability and energy of human beings and the inability to accurately judge and analyze massive amounts of data,there is a growing demand for building an effective knowledge base of radar electronic intelligence recognition and related equipment.This paper researches on the construction method of radar and related equipment intelligence knowledge graph,and the specific research achievement and innovations are as follows:Firstly and foremost,the radar and equipment information ontology model is constructed based on the semantic web model.The model integrates the expert knowledge of radar electronic intelligence and detailed reflect the multi-faceted features of radar intelligence so that it can lay the fundament for achieving radar electronic intelligence target recognition.Secondly,proposing a "one ontology,multiple source" intelligence knowledge map construction method.Extracting and fusing Wikipedia knowledge category and infobox data based on hand-built radar and associated equipment ontology.Using graph database Neo4 j to store the consistently expanding knowledge graph,and using Jena framework to build a bridge between RDF-based graph and graph database based attribute graph.The search capabilities are enhanced and the cost of knowledge retrieval and maintenance is reduced,with guaranteed semantic and logical reasoning.Then,based on the intelligence knowledge graph,a multi-source heterogeneous intelligence big data processing platform framework is designed.Dataflow is used as the guideline to design data preprocessing layer,analysis layer,data integration and knowledge management layer and human-computer interaction layer.Among four layers above,data integration and knowledge management are the vital important part.This layer focuses on the construction and management of intelligence knowledge graph,and uses Web Service as the data communication platform.Last but not least,providing two distinguished query method towards different graph structure.Using rule based and query based methods to achieve recommendation.A MVC architecture based graph database query and recommendation system of radar related equipment information is realized.Intelligence graph can show recommendation of equipment and other relevant information based on the type of radar to assist officers to make operational decisions.
