Low,small,slow flight target is the important content in the detection of early warning in city airspace.Because of the complex urban city environment,such as buildings and trees,present obvious non-linear and non-stationary distribution characteristics.Based on the environment characters,there are a lot of research to target detection and tracking.However,these research are all face an important problem,which the motion blur caused by the relative motion between the target and the detector.This dissertation puts forward that using infrared image motion blur restoration technology to improve the detection effect of low,small,slow targets,in order to improve existing motion blur restoration algorithm and evaluate the restoration effect by experiment.Aim at the purpose of research and based on the existing experiment condition,the research content and conclusion of the dissertation are as follows:(1)The significance of array infrared scanning system is analyzedThe dissertation introduced the research background of IRST,the development and present status of infrared image processing and motion blur restoration technology,the keys and difficult points of research project.This dissertation expounds the basic motion blur restoration theory of surface array infrared scanning system from three aspects that the theory of infrared detection system,motion blur restoration technology and video image sequence restoration arithmetic.(2)Introducing the features of targets in sets of cityThe dissertation introduced the construction of the analogous experimental platform of IRST to detect low,small,slow target in a setting of urban city.We also introduce the evaluation system of the effect of image restoration.By comparing the data between real airspace condition and analogous experimental platform,the restoration effect of our arithmetic is be proved.It also proved that our experimental platform can achieve simulation of real airspace both in time domain and spatial domain.(3)Analysising the model of motion blurThe dissertation comprehensively analyzed all kinds of models in motion blur technology and the problem of target loss and distortion when applying the technology in the infrared area array scanning system.We also analyzed the difference between infrared and visible image,contrasted the restoration effect of two trains of thought,and verified the necessity of restoration.(4)Proposing two motion blur restoration arithmeticIn allusion to the problem which appeared when we applying the geometry LucyRichardson arithmetic in remote targets and convention arithmetic in near targets,we put forward the mixed filter arithmetic and separation restoration arithmetic.By experimental verification and effect evaluation,our arithmetic successfully improved the MSE,PSNR and MSSIM of image both in remote targets detection and near targets detection.The image quality were obviously improved.
