With the development of the current society,mankind has entered the fourth industrial revolution.Cloud computing,Big data,Internet of things,VR(virtual reality),AR(augmented reality),MR(mixed reality),GIS(geographic information model),blockchain and other new era digital information technology are emerging,and applied to all walks of life,such as medical,energy,communication,retail and transportation,Civil engineering is no exception.However,as an old traditional industry,how to perfectly connect with the new era of abstract digital information technolog y?The answer is to integrate digital information technology with BIM system platform whileusing BIM technology as the connecting medium,so as to realize the connection between the two.Meanwhile,with the acceleration of urban construction process and continuous improvement of construction technology,Shield tunneling construction technology was initially only used for subway tunnel construction and gradually drew close to the construction of underground power tunnel,in recent years also obtained certain scale popularization.At the same time,due to the accumulation of years of development,urban underground structure such as pipe network system rail transit system has been preliminarily shaped,Therefore,when shield tunneling is adopted,it is inevitable to frequently use curves or even curves with small radius of curvature in line selection to avoid underground planning and existing buildings.Based on the theoretical analysis and engineering practice as the main research methods,the line shape control and application for small curvature radius of shield tunnel is researched based on BIM+SolidWorks integrated technology.and then the reference bases for the segment arrangement and line shape control of small curvature radius of shield tunnel construction is provided.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of BIM technology and SolidWorks technology,as well as the necessity and urgency of small curvature radius shield interval control are summarized and analyzed.The characteristics of BIM technology include: visual integration,parametric simulation,coordination,etc.The characteristics of SolidWorks technology include: User interface,configuration management,Cooperative work,assembly design,engineering drawing,etc.The preliminaryimplementation of BIM+SolidWorks integrated technology is explained.(2)The basic operation of revit software is introduced,explain the concept of the Revit family.The Revit family tool is used to build the model of shield lining.The technical theory of SolidWorks technology is studied,including operation interface and operation method.The principle,characteristics and application of finite element method are described.Then the realization form of the finite element analysis of SolidWorks and the modeling solution analysis method are explained.(3)The particularity and complexity of shield tunneling with small curvature radius are introduced.The linear characteristics and coordinate solutions of three commonly used tunnel design axes are obtained.The calculation method of point arrangement and fitting method of pipe segment assembly under circular curve are calculated.(4)Based on the small radius shield section of electric power shield tunnel,the segment model of C-shaped curve and S-shaped curve of R=150m is established.and compare with actual curve and ideal curve respectively.The finite element analysis is carried out on the Shield tunneling intervals with different linear shapes by SolidWorks SimulationWorks,analysis of stress characteristics and variation characteristics.
