As the processing and manufacturing industry becomes more intelligent,the traditional processing and manufacturing equipment keeping continuous renovation and the large-scale use of intelligent equipment,the industry enterprises have higher requirements for the quality of talents,especially the urgent need of high-skilled application talents who master technologies such as intelligent manufacturing,mechanical and electrical integration.industrial robots,communication networks,artificial intelligence,computer-aided design and manufacturing,automated production line integration and intelligent equipment fault diagnosis.The design and research of equipment in intelligent manufacturing teaching will systematically meet the need of the skills training and practice teaching under the policy of China Manufacturing 2025 and Industry 4.0.Meanwhile,it is the need of teaching reform and research in the manufacturing professional class.It is also the need of carrying out technology-centric professional construction based on school-enterprise cooperation.This paper takes vocational colleges as the application scenario,comprehensively uses typical intelligent manufacturing technologies such as industrial robots,sensing detection,flexible production lines,and designs the mechanical system structure and control system software and hardware for the intelligent manufacturing training platform,and debugs and runs it.The main research contents include:(1)Study the typical characteristics of equipment in intelligent manufacturing teaching,selecting the typical production tasks of the enterprise as the training task,and proposing the design ideas and overall layout of the intelligent manufacturing teaching system.Design the structure of the intelligent manufacturing training platform,including six-axis robot intelligent grabbing and handling module design,automatic center-positioning module design,transportation line design,detecting automatic lifting of the pallets module design,and three-axis robot intelligent detection module design,etc.(2)Design the control system and develop software for intelligent manufacturing training platform,design overall plan for system control,select the main device of PLC and touch screen,sensor and other system,design key hardware circuit,design system software,program PLC in control system and touch screen in the system,etc.(3)Combined with the teaching needs of vocational colleges,we have developed practical training programs for mechanical and pneumatic transmission mechanism,electrical control circuit design and wiring installation,PLC application programming,industrial network communication,system fault detection and maintenance,and completed 23 practical training tasks.In this study,the curvature detection production case is introduced into the practical training teaching.An intelligent manufacturing practical training platform system has been built.In the meanwhile,it could promote the detection efficiency and accuracy of enterprises.
