The integrated transmission system is the key device that decides the mobility of tanks and armored vehicles,and undertakes the task of transmitting mechanical energy to crawler traveling device,and makes tanks to generate movements.Reliability is an important characteristic,which directly affects the design quality and operation of the integrated transmission system.Reliability allocation contributes to the system reliability design and analysis work.For the integrated transmission system,reliability allocation is also a particularly important work,and is of great significance for the development of the whole vehicle.This paper focuses on the research of the reliability allocation method of integrated transmission system.Firstly,this paper summarizes the purpose and significance of reliability allocation,analyzes the current situation of the reliability allocation method for the integrated transmission device,introduces the basic theory of reliability allocation and the basic flow of reliability modeling,and the system structure of the integrated transmission device is analyzed in detail.Then,this paper introduces the basic overview of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),expounds the shortcomings of AHP,and proposes an improved analytic hierarchy process.In the improved analytic hierarchy process,the hierarchical evaluation rules are introduced to the allocation from criterion layer to program layer,and the corresponding scale values are assigned to different classes,which can avoid a large number of judgment matrix calculation and consistency calculation when the number of elements in the scheme layer is large.Aiming at the different degree of familiarity among different experts,this paper put forward the concept of expert authority coefficient.Finally,the improved AHP method is used to allocate the reliability of the integrated transmission device.Finally,the method proposed in this paper is validated by an example,which shows that the proposed method has good operability and engineering adaptability,and provides a way to distribute the reliability of integrated transmission device and other multi-function systems.
