With the continuous development of computer and power electronics technology,all aspects need to be improved and optimized in the current society,especially in the field of motor control.Brushless dc motor(BLDCM)is adopted as the research object in this paper.Considering its simple structure but high operating efficiency,the improvement of its control strategy also needs to be further studied.Firstly the working principle,structure system and mathematical model of brushless dc motor are analyzed,and the application of the model in the control algorithm is studied in this paper.Secondly introduces some of the present intelligent control algorithm.Based on the research background,I propose the sliding mode prediction control strategy of combining.Because of the discrete time system exponential reaching law of sliding mode variable structure,dynamic sliding mode can't tend to prove its theory origin.The existence of the jitter can't suppress.Then proposed the exponential reaching law and the reaching law with the combination of power exponent reaching law,and demonstrates its reach condition,stability and convergence of reaching law.It ensures the quality of the movement of the sliding mode dynamics approach,and then through the simulation to demonstrate the convergence of reaching law,and be able to weaken the jitter.It enhances the robustness of the system.Then the model error can be effectively compensated.the advantage of predictive control is that it can effectively deal with all kinds of constraints according to the rolling optimization strategy in the prediction function.So as to add the idea of predictive control into the sliding mode control.It has both strong robustness of sliding mode variable structure control and effective constraint processing ability.The function of the speed loop in the control of BLDCM is to ensure that the system has response speed and anti-disturbance ability when the parameters of the controlled object change and the disturbance of sudden change is increased,to suppress the fluctuation of speed.And at the same time to track the given speed quickly and accurately.Then the simulation was carried out in Matlab/Simulink.Firstly the simulation model of brushless dc motor was built.And then the control algorithm of speed ring was changed.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce jitter,speed up the response time of the system.And has strong robustness against system parameter changes and external disturbances.Lastly,the end of the paper is based on the DSPTMS320F28335 experimental platform.It introduces the hardware and software platform for experiment.It can be analyzed by the experiment results,the control motor response speed slower.It also can be overshoot and to a certain extent,the traditional sliding mode control to speed up the response speed.But there was a shaking,the improved power exponent reaching law obviously improved in comparison with the experimental results and the traditional sliding mode of the bit.Finally,the sliding mode predictive control motor speed control introduced by predictive control has a quick response speed.And it can quickly achieve stability.While effectively eliminate the jitter,it has strong robustness and can meet the needs of the motor speed control system.
