With the rise of electrified railway,urban rail transit has gradually become an important thrust to promote the process of urbanization.As the main power supply mode of urban rail train,pantograph-catenary system supports the stable current collection and safe operation of the train.However,due to the high-voltage and high-magnetic working environment of pantograph-catenary system,there are many factors affecting the current collection quality of trains.Therefore,it is necessary to study and design a pantograph-catenary current collection quality detection system for urban rail trains.The system can detect the performance parameters in real time,monitor the process of current collection on line and accurately evaluate the quality of current collection.It is not only conducive to improving the service life of the current collection device,but also to ensuring the normal operation of the train.After determining the pantograph-catenary performance parameters that need to be tested for current collection quality,the research status of pantograph-catenary performance parameters detection technology at home and abroad was investigated.On the premise of safety,reliability and universality,and referring to the existing relevant standards,the measurement requirements and evaluation benchmarks of each parameter are defined,and the best detection scheme suitable for urban rail trains is selected.The detection system has the functions of detection,monitoring,comprehensive diagnosis,video display,data storage and data communication.It conforms to the characteristics of integrated design.It consists of 10 subsystems,each subsystem is independent and equipped with high precision and anti-interference detection device.The key of hardware design lies in the application of high and low voltage isolation technology.The effective combination of floating ground technology and optical fiber transmission technology achieves this point.It can not only prevent the high voltage of catenary from entering the car body,guarantee the safety of running trains and testers,but also realize the data interaction between high and low voltage terminals,ensures the high efficiency of the detection process and reduces electromagnetic interference.In addition,the testing software based on LabVIEW has the characteristics of simple operation and strong compatibility.It can be divided into three parts: the pantograph-catenary performance parameters detection program based on IMC,the pantograph-catenary arc detection program based on image grabber and the pantograph-catenary video monitoring program.The key of software design lies in data acquisition and processing.The proper application of multi-channel synchronous acquisition technology,image processing technology and video coding compression technology achieves this point.It can not only realize real-time recording and displaying of multi-channel data,but also realize adaptive median filtering of pantograph-catenary arc image and pantograph-catenary monitoring video.At the same time,data storage capacity is reduced while video content information is maintained.Finally,in order to verify the test effect of the detection system,the pantograph-catenary current collection performance test was carried out with the metro vehicle as the test object.At different speed stages,the measured data of the performance parameters are collected and stored,and then combined with mathematical statistics method,the measured results are statistically analyzed to determine whether it meets the evaluation criteria.By calculating the relevant statistical parameters,the relationship between the parameters and the working speed is discussed.The accuracy of pantograph-catenary arc detection is analyzed by comparing pantograph-catenary arc online detection with pantograph-catenary monitoring video.The test results show that the pantograph-catenary current collection quality detection system for urban rail train designed in this paper can meet the test requirements.It has the characteristics of good real-time,strong versatility and high detection accuracy,which offers it great application prospects.
