With the continuous application of full-face tunnel boring machine in engineering,as one of its key components,the type and material properties of the tunneling cutters are constantly developing and updating.At present,there are about 100 kinds of tunneling cutters.How to select and configure tunneling cutters reasonably in different strata is the key problem in the application research of tunneling cutters.Therefore,the pedigree design and the strata adaptability of tunneling cutters were studied.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.A comprehensive pedigree information chart of tunneling cutters was established from three aspects: demand pedigree,characteristic pedigree and evolutionary pedigree of tunneling cutters;Tunneling cutters application in stratum was studied;The coding principle of tunneling cutters was put forward,and combined the characteristic pedigree of tunneling cutters,the coding structure design of tunneling cutters was carried out.2.Using ANSYS/LS_DYNA software,the simulation models of shield cuttter cutting soft soil stratum and disc cutter breaking rock stratum were established respectively.Based on ALE method,the simulation of cutting soft soil with different cutting depth and cutting rake angle was carried out,and the law of variation of cutting force was obtained.The change of excavation quantity under different cutting rake angle was studied;The variation of vertical rock breaking force and rolling rock breaking force of disc cutter during tunneling with different tunneling parameters(blade width,spacing and penetration)and different strata conditions was studied.And based on the theory of specific energy consumption for rock breaking,combined with orthogonal test and multivariate non-linear regression model,the optimal allocation of cutter head tunneling parameters(cutter edge width,cutter spacing,penetration)in typical strata such as mudstone,limestone and granite was studied.3.Based on the wear conditions of tunneling cutters in practical engineering,the failure form and failure mechanism of tunneling cutters were analyzed;Based on the abrasive wear model of E.Rabinowicz and CSM model,the theoretical wear model of disc cutter was established.Using MATLAB software,and based on traditional BP neural network,GA-BP neural network and PSO-BP neural network,three kinds of wear prediction models of disc cutter were established respectively.With the help of wear data of disc cutter in engineering,the disc cutter wear prediction model based on GA-BP neural network had smaller error than the other two prediction models,and can meet the requirements of disc cutter wear prediction in engineering.4.Based on Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server,the query and recommendation system for tunneling cutters was established.The system includes tunneling cutters and engineering case query module,tunneling cutters recommendation module based on expert system and human-computer interactive interface of disc cutter wear prediction model based on GA-BP neural network.The research results can provide reference for further pedigree study of tunneling cutters,configuration of tunneling cutters in different strata and wear prediction study of tunneling cutters.
