Foundation Pit Selection And Construction Monitoring Data Of 301 East Zhongshan Road Project

Nowdays,The height of the buildings are increasing,the depth of excavation in foundation pit continues to increase too.The design of foundation pit is becoming more and more difficult.In order to ensure the safety of the foundation pit and the surrounding buildings,The selection of foundation pit situation and foundation pit monitoring become particularly important.This article takes Zhongshan East Road 301 residential area construction as an example to carry on the research.Based on the results of previous project investigation,the engineering geological conditions,hydrological conditions and surrounding environment are comprehensively analyzed,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish a model,Select the most suitable project for this project.With the help of the design software named LiZheng,we analyze the influence of supporting pile parameters on stability of foundation pit is analyzed.The main contents of this article are as follows:1、Combined with the situation of foundation pit construction in China,the characteristics of design and construction of deep foundation pit are expounded.Combined with the geological investigation report of foundation pit No.301 of Zhongshan East Road,the geological and hydrological conditions of the project are analyzed.2、This paper introduces the theory of AHP and the main steps of the analysis.We set up a model with the help of software,Finally,we choose the supporting form with supporting piles and waterproof curtain.3、We have a research on the design parameters of foundation pit,The influence of pile diameter and pile spacing on foundation pit supporting structure is analyzed in this paper.And the stability of the supporting structure and the uplift of the bottom of the foundation pit are checked.4、This paper briefly describes the process of foundation pit construction,and illustrates the main technical parameters and matters needing attention in the construction process.5、We design monitoring plan and analyze the results of monitoring data,and rethink the design and the optimizes in the construction...
