With the development of smart grid,the intelligence level of primary equipment in substation has been greatly improved.At present,substation automation systems,such as substation monitoring system,centralized control station system,distribution network automation system and dispatching automation system,are mature and reliable.However,on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system for substation equipment is not mature,and the stability,advance diagnosis and compatibility of communication standards of the system still need to be further improved.The on-line monitoring system of substation equipment based on IEC61850 standard not only meets the requirements of the State Grid Corporation and Southern Power Grid Corporation for the on-line monitoring of power equipment,but also improves the ability of the system to diagnose and warn in advance.Based on Spring + mybatis + struts three-tier architecture model,the system consists of data acquisition subsystem,operation and maintenance management subsystem and monitoring subsystem,which realizes centralized monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of substation equipment.Among the three subsystems,the main research contents are as follows:(1)According to IEC61850 standard,the communication between on-line monitoring system of substation equipment and IEC61850 of intelligent electronic equipment is realized.(2)Flex technology is used to realize the integrated configuration of web graphics library.The application of Web graphics library integration technology in the field of on-line monitoring of substation equipment makes the on-line monitoring system of substation equipment adapt to different application occasions.According to the specific needs of users,the running picture of the on-line monitoring system can be designed byconfiguring tools to meet the needs of users.(3)In the aspect of transformer fault diagnosis and analysis algorithm,the traditional three-ratio method is more accurate in judging transformer fault,but this method is not very sensitive in perceiving transformer trend faults.The system adopts the traditional three-ratio method combined with tensorflow artificial intelligence deep learning framework technology to make comprehensive diagnosis and analysis of transformer operation.On the basis of ensuring the reliability of fault judgment,the ability of perceiving transformer trend faults of the system is obviously enhanced.
