Nowadays,fossil fuels are still the main form of energy structure,and environmental problems are increasingly prominent.Low-carbon has become an inevitable trend of energy utilization.The implementation of renewable energy quota system in China in 2018 requires power grid companies to assume the obligation to absorb renewable electricity.The traditional single energy system construction path and evaluation model need to be improved urgently.Integrated energy system will be the main feature of the next generation of energy power system.At the same time,considering the whole process of energy development from energy side to energy consumption from user side,the generalized energy saving will also be a new foothold for future evaluation of the whole process of energy utilization of multi-energy equipment.Therefore,it was an important development direction to build a clean,efficient and intelligent energy supply system based on integrated energy system and guide users to utilize energy cleanly and efficiently.It is introduced in this paper about renewable protfolio standard to study the low-carbon economic operation of integrated energy system from the perspective of the whole process of energy use,which designed green electricity price taking into account the use of new energy,and guided the low-carbon economic energy use of integrated energy system industrial park.The main contents were as follows:1)Firstly,it was discussed in this paper about the optimal power flow(OPF)solution method of integrated energy system with economic operation as the optimal objective.In the modeling of integrated energy system,the time-varying model of electrical coupling link could refine the iterative process of grid gas network and improve the level of optimal power flow solution of integrated energy system.At the same time,the preliminary model of electricity price and gas price provided a model basis for the green price index of integrated energy system considering the whole process of energy supply.The influence of wind power access level and gas price on integrated energy operation mode was analyzed by simulation case.2)Then the low-carbon operation of integrated energy system considering the whole process of energy supply was analyzed in this paper.By introducing renewable quota system and adding renewable quota cost into the objective function,an optimal low-carbon economy model of integrated energy system was constructed.At the same time,a green price model of integrated energy system considering the whole process of energy supply was proposed to guide users to use low-carbon energy.On this basis,based on the principle of power flow tracing with proportional sharing,the energy supply indicators of nodes considering the whole process of energy use are designed: carbon emission indicators of nodes,energy supply efficiency indicators of nodes and renewable power proportion indicators of nodes,which laid a foundation for emission and energy efficiency evaluation of integrated energy industrial parks.The simulation case analyzed the influence of renewable quota system on the operation mode of integrated energy.3)Finally,the low-carbon economic operation strategy of the comprehensive energy industrial park was analyzed in this paper.Considering the time-varying energy efficiency and energy storage of equipment,a unified energy consumption model was designed for various energy-using equipment in the integrated energy industrial park.Based on green electricity price and renewable quota,it was constructed about a low-carbon and high-efficiency coordination and optimization model of energy-using equipment in integrated energy industrial park,and an evaluation index of low-carbon and high-efficiency operation of the park which considered the whole process of energy use is put forward.The simulation results showed that the proposed method can promote the absorption of new energy and improve the economic and efficient operation level of integrated energy industrial park.
